Use the online contact form and submit your enquiry giving as much information as you can, we need to know what repairs you are looking to have done and where they are located on the item your looking to have repaired.
Once received a member of our team will send you a email requesting some pictures showing the areas you have requested repairs on, once we have the pictures we will provide a quote for the repairs, our repair quote will be fully inclusive, there will be no additional charges, we do not charge for travel or additional time, out quote will cover the works you have requested and quoted for, if you do require additional works from what we have provided please contact our team so we can add this on to the quote for you.
When you are happy with your quote we will book an appointment for our service technician to attend to complete the repairs in your home.
We will email you the day before with a four hour time window in which the technician will arrive between.
Once the work has been completed and inspected we would require payment and the technician will provide a receipt with confirmation of the works completed along with the price you have paid.
